College Hockey, Inc. will join more than 400 youth hockey teams and 7,000 players in and around Chicago this weekend as one of the sponsors of the Bauer International Invite.

Eighty teams in the top level of the tournament - U16 - will compete in two divisions, with each winner being presented with the College Hockey Cup. This marks the second consecutive year that College Hockey, Inc. has sponsored the event.

In addition to sponsoring the competition, College Hockey, Inc. Executive Director Paul Kelly and Director of Education and Recruitment Jeff Dwyer will meet with teams, parents and individuals throughout the tournament to discuss the college hockey route.

"The Bauer International Invite is a great event that brings hundreds of teams together from around the world," Kelly said. "We're proud to have partnered with them again this year and look forward to meeting a number of the participants in person this weekend."

The U16 competition features players born in 1995 and '96, the oldest group in attendance. Seven other levels of competition feature players as young as 2003 birthdates.
