22 NCAA Players Make U.S. Camp
Thirteen schools represented on World Junior preliminary roster, led by seven players from BU.

USA Hockey named 22 current or former NCAA players among the 27-man preliminary roster for the 2017 U.S. National Junior Team, revealed Monday on NHL Network.

Seven players from Boston University headline the group that will contend to play for St. Cloud State head coach Bob Motzko at the 2017 World Junior Championship. The group will attend training camp Dec. 16-20 in Buffalo, N.Y., prior to heading to the tournament that runs Dec. 26 through Jan. 5 in Toronto and Montreal.

In addition to Boston University, 12 other schools have players on the roster. Boston College has three representatives and 11 schools have one each.

Jack Roslovic, a freshman at Miami last year, is with the AHL's Manitoba Moose this year. The other 21 players with NCAA ties are all current players.
