College Hockey, Inc. Tours Canada
College Hockey, Inc. recently made a four-stop tour through Canada that included highly successful Reebok Collegiate Hockey Summits designed to educate young players on the opportunities U.S. colleges provide and showcase their skills to college coaches.
Hundreds of prospective players and dozen of coaches attended the events, and most families left impressed.
“You put on a great show,” one parent wrote afterwards. “It really opened my son’s eyes to an alternative to the WHL. As you are aware, our kids are bombarded by WHL exposure and it is hard for them to think long term or to consider the ‘what if’ scenarios.”
The events consisted of a short College Hockey, Inc. presentation, two hours of ice time and a queston-and-answer session with coaches in attendance.
Jim Matheson of the Edmonton Journal attended one event, while Guy Flaming and Dean Millard of The Pipeline Show welcomed Paul Kelly and the College Hockey, Inc. in studio for a show.
Earlier in the week Kelly appeared on NHL Home Ice’s Hockey This Morning.
