Backcheck: Rob Scuderi
No one has played more games for Boston College than Rob Scuderi (169), and the last one sticks in his mind for good reason. He helped the Eagles capture the national championship in 2001 in Albany before embarking on his pro career.
After a Stanley Cup with the Pittsburgh Penguins and now three years with the Los Angeles Kings, Scuderi’s BC years are still close to his heart. Last summer he and his 2001 teammates got together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of that feat.
College Hockey, Inc. caught up with him on a visit to Boston to face the Bruins and asked about his experience, and how his time at BC prepared him for pro hockey.
