Twenty-nine future NCAA players will participate in the 2013 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game to be held Sept. 26 at Pittsburgh’s CONSOL Energy Center.

Fourteen colleges are represented by those 29 players. North Dakota leads the way with four recruits participating, while Minnesota and Notre Dame each have three.

The game features 40 of the top American prospects eligible for the 2014 NHL Draft. Players are selected by USA Hockey in consultation with NHL Central Scouting.

Goaltender Thatcher Demko, one of two Boston College Eagles participating, is the lone representative who will be playing college hockey in 2013-14. The U.S. National Team Development Program alum is among the top goaltending prospects for the 2014 NHL Draft.

Others are expected to enroll in the fall of 2014, including 26 players who will spend this season in the USHL.
