Minnesota head coach Don Lucia welcomes Clarkson, Mercyhurst and New Hampshire to Mariucci Arena this weekend for the Ice Breaker Tournament, the traditional start to the college hockey season. Before the puck drops, Lucia joined Mike Ross and Mick Kern on NHL Network Radio’s Hockey This Morning on Thursday.

Lucia talked about the tournament, the outlook for the Gophers and the lasting connection between the Gopher program and its alumni.
