San Jose’s practices at Agganis Arena allow two alums to return home.

Sharks Invade BU

In addition to being the home of the Boston University Terriers, Agganis Arena hosts a handful of NHL teams during the year that are looking for a convenient practice location before or after facing the Bruins.

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week the San Jose Sharks visited, bringing two BU alums with them. Matt Nieto and John McCarthy had the chance to return to the ice and weight room they called home during their college days – even if they had to get dressed in the visitors’ locker room.
