Six Division I men's hockey players are among the honorees on the 2012 Capital One Academic All-America Division I Men's At-Large Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Frozen Four participants Chad Billins of Ferris State and Troy Grosenick of Union lead the group, which also includes Ohio State's Sean Duddy, Army's Ryan Leets, RPI's Nick Bailen and St. Cloud State's Mike Lee.

Billins, Duddy and Leets were named to the second-team, while the other three were named to the third-team. Grosenick, a sophomore for the Dutchmen, was one of only two sophomores named to the team.

The At-Large team is made up of players from 11 sports, including golf, lacrosse, swimming and diving and wrestling.
