Dozens of current and future college hockey players are among those highlighted in NHL Central Scouting's preliminary rankings and watch lists for the 2013 NHL Draft, released Tuesday.
Central Scouting listed 10 current players and many recruits on "watch lists", plus 31 future players on a preliminary ranking for USHL players, including the USA Hockey National Team Development Program.
Denver has two freshmen on the NCAA watch list, while eight other teams have one player each.
More than 30 schools have current players or recruits mentioned on the Central Scouting lists. Many more potential, uncommitted recruits are listed on the full watch lists.
