Eighty-eight current or future college hockey players are included on NHL Central Scouting's final rankings for the 2013 NHL Draft.

Those players represent 32 Division I teams, meaning that more than half of the nation's programs have a top prospect available in this year's draft.

Michigan, with seven players, has the most representatives listed. Minnesota and Minnesota Duluth each have six recruits listed, while Boston College, Harvard, Maine and Notre Dame each have four.

Boston College recruit Ian McCoshen of the USHL's Waterloo Black Hawks is the top college representative on the rankings of North American skaters at No. 24. John Hayden - who will play for the defending national champion Yale Bulldogs - ranks next at No. 29.

New Hampshire defenseman Brett Pesce, at No. 40, is the top-ranked player who was a freshman this season. St. Cloud State's Jonny Brodzinski (132), Michigan's Andrew Copp (142) and Maine's Ryan Lomberg (177) were other college freshmen in the rankings.

At least 60 current or future college players have been taken in each NHL Draft since its current seven-round format was adopted in 2005. Last June 68 current or future college players were selected in the NHL Draft.

This year's draft will take playce June 30 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
